Defects and Damage Returns:
In the rare event that your jewellery arrives with a defect or has been damaged during postage, we are here to assist you. Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Within 24 hours of receiving your order, please email us at info@sarahmayjewellery.com to inform us of the issue and request a repair authorisation.
- Provide Details: In your email, include your order number, a clear description & image of the defect or damage, and your contact information.
- Repair Authorisation: Once we receive your email, we will review the provided information and issue a repair authorisation if the issue is found to be a defect or damage caused during postage.
- Return Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to safely return the item to us for repair. Please carefully follow these instructions to ensure the safe return of your jewellery.
- Repair Process: Upon receiving the damaged item, our skilled artisans will assess the issue and repair your jewellery with the same care and attention that went into its creation. We will then ship the repaired item back to you.
Custom and Personalised Pieces:
Please note that custom-made and personalised pieces are unique to each customer's specifications and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or we have made a mistake in the creation of the item.
Non-Defective Returns:
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damages. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product description, images, and sizing information before making a purchase.
